By accessing or using It's Baltic (itsbaltic.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

• Advisory & Situational Awareness Only: It's Baltic aggregates meteorological model output (Met Office, ECMWF), public road sensors, TrafficWatchNI CCTV camera snapshots, DfI Roads winter gritting routes, and nidirect school closures for informational and recreational purposes.
• Not Official Emergency Direction: Weather and road conditions in Northern Ireland's uplands (such as the Glenshane Pass, Spelga Pass, and Sperrins) change rapidly. It's Baltic does not provide official emergency or police driving instructions. Always check with the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI), the Department for Infrastructure (DfI Roads), and the UK Met Office before embarking on hazardous winter travel.
• No Guarantee of Continuous Availability: Real-time camera feeds, gritter GPS feeds, and flight telemetry depend on third-party government feeds and upstream server availability. Feeds may experience downtime during severe weather or maintenance.

• Supporter Pass (£3.00 / year): Users can voluntarily support the independent hosting, bandwidth, and maintenance of It's Baltic by purchasing a 1-year Pro Supporter Pass.
• Fair Use & 3-Device Limit: Each Scout Key or Pro subscription allows concurrent activation on up to three (3) personal devices. Linking a 4th device will roll over the oldest registered session. Sharing access keys publicly on social media or forums violates these terms and may result in key revocation.
• One-Time Single Payment: The £3 pass is an annual one-off supporter contribution. It is not an auto-renewing hidden recurring charge.
• Refund Policy: If you experience technical issues accessing Baltic Pro features, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for assistance or a refund.

• The custom 3D cryospheric engine, alert dispatch architecture, visual layouts, and brand assets of It's Baltic are proprietary.
• Third-party data (TrafficWatchNI CCTV imagery, Met Office warning text, Department of Education closures) remains the copyright of their respective crown or governmental bodies, utilized under the Open Government Licence (OGL) and public information fair use.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at abusive automated frequencies, or bypass honeypot security controls on our infrastructure.

Our website may display third-party advertisements via Google AdSense and outbound links to external websites (e.g. Facebook, Met Office, nidirect). It's Baltic does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or advertisers.
